Day Guest: Suppress Group Member Email

This code customization is used for day guest offerings when we want to collect the email for the primary guest (i.e. the person making the order), but we do not want to require an email for an secondary guests (i.e. “Group Members”) that are added on the registration. The first and last names will be collected for the secondary guests, but a dummy email (i.e. day+*PrimaryPersonID*@expandinglight.org) will be used in the record.
